How It Works:
A $50 non-refundable deposit locks in your order. (Deducted from your final total.)

Design Consultation:
Within 24 hours, I’ll contact you to review your garments and discuss the design direction. Custom hats start from $200, with final pricing based on complexity/preferences. Bundle pricing may be available for multiple hats depending on the garment.

Ship Your Garments:
Once confirmed, send your clothing in. Orders are completed in the order garments are received.

Final Payment & Production:
The remaining balance must be paid before production begins. Standard shipping costs are added to final invoices.

Timeline:
Estimated turnaround: 1–4 weeks from garment arrival and final payment. You’ll receive updates as your piece moves into production.
