REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final due to the handmade and custom nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective or you're unhappy with the quality, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Slight variations in materials and construction are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
